Rodrigo is specialized in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark law, domain name and designs. For almost 15 years, he has gained significant experience in prosecution of trademarks and patents in Europe, South America and many other countries. His expertise also covers trade practices and unfair competition law, IT and data protection law, as well as trade secrets law.

He is located in Chile and fluent in French, Spanish and English.

He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM), Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Intelectual (ASIPI) and also a member of the Design Committee at INTA.
