About CASALONGA

Olivier Delprat has been working in the field of industrial property since 1994. After several years’ experience in a major law firm, he joined CASALONGA in 2001, becoming a partner in 2006.

His activities cover a wide range of mechanical, electronic and electrical engineering fields, including automotive and aeronautical engineering, avionics systems, digital signal processing, power electronics, mobile telephony, energy and medical devices, particularly radiology.

He handles patent grant procedures in France and abroad, as well as opposition and appeal procedures at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich or The Hague for French and international companies.

His many years of experience in practice have given him recognized expertise in litigation and court cases. Together with CASALONGA’s lawyers, he handles a large number of patent disputes before both French and European courts, in various fields of mechanical engineering and electronics. He is frequently involved in the implementation of infringement seizures in France, in dispute resolution negotiations and in mediation.

He is also involved in contracts, particularly patent licenses, as well as the valuation of industrial property assets and the auditing of patent portfolios.
