About Gustavo (Gus) Narvaez

Gustavo (Gus) Narvaez holds a doctorate degree in science, with concentration in physics. Dr. Narvaez’s scientific research focused on theory and simulation of electronic and optical properties of semiconductor quantum dots. I also worked on transport and vibrational properties of nanoscopic metal particles.

Dr. Narvaez has over a decade of experience in all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Although a physicist by training, Dr. Narvaez has focused a large part of his practice on computer-related technologies, wireless communication technologies; industrial automation; firmware; and e-commerce technologies. He also has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in machine learning technology; autonomous vehicles; semiconductor packaging and processing; and mechanical and electromechanical systems.
